Bowles bridge arch (filled) extinct. 100 yds. south-west of bridge canal enters an embankment three-quarters of a mile long and 6ft. high passing to south of Shrivenham.

Shrivenham Arch Bridge exists in good condition. The base is small stone, while the parapets are of brick.
As it crosses a cutting, there is no hump, hence it has been left.
