Beavan's bridge is a single arch stone farm accommodation bridge, built in 1803 by Thomas Blinman for the Canal Company and cost £39 39s 8d.
This bridge was restored as part of a heritage Lottery funded project in conjunction with Swindon Borough Council and was completed in 2000.
Ron Robertson who led the bridge rebuild was quoted as saying “All we had to work on was traces of the footings” he also used measurements from Marsh Farm bridge.
