The Wills & Berks Canal Company hereby acknowledge to have received from W. W H Brinkworth of Chippenham in the County of Wilts hereinafte called the Purchaser the sum of Ten Pounds in payment and in full satisfaction is right, title and interest which the Canal Company has a claims to have in respect of the piece of land adjoining the Wharf at Chippenham /ering by Six perches or thereabouts and coloured red on the plan or tracing hereunto annexed and the Canal Company hereby undertake and agree at any time at the request of the Purchaser to execute a Conveyance or Release to him of all such right title and ensiress aforesaid such Deed to be prepared and executed by the Company at the sole cost and expense of the Purchaser. The Purchaser accepting the Company's title to the said land without investigations and without any right to make inquiry.
